Getting started is simple and designed to ensure your child receives personalized, effective support every step of the way.

Fill Out the Interest Form
Begin by completing the inquiry form on my website. This gives me a better understanding of your child’s needs and goals.

Initial Connection
After reviewing your form, I will reach out to schedule a 30-minute consultation via Google Meet. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your child’s learning profile, goals, and any concerns you may have.

Customize Your Plan
Together, we’ll decide on:

Session length (30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour)

Tutoring format (in-person or virtual)

Materials & Setup

Virtual Students will receive a Welcome Box with all necessary materials for online learning, including a whiteboard, marker, eraser, sound chips, and more.

In-Person Students will receive a folder to organize and store all provided resources.

Diagnostic Assessment
During the first tutoring session, I will complete a diagnostic assessment to identify your child’s strengths and areas for growth. This allows me to create a targeted roadmap for the upcoming quarter.

Ongoing Communication & Support
You’ll receive detailed email updates after sessions that include:

Progress Check-In
At the end of each quarter, we’ll meet again to review your child’s progress, celebrate growth, and adjust goals as needed moving forward.
